With my recipe you mix all the ingredients together and have a vitaminkicker within a few minutes.

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lemons
  • 1/2 orange
  • 80 g ginger peeled
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the pitcher of your high-powered blender.
  • Put the lid on the blender, and process until the ginger and lemon juice mixture is smooth.
  • Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer.
  • Press on the solids with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
  • Transfer the liquid into a bottle using a funnel and chill. Enjoy!
