Grilled Salmon Skewers

When I was in Spain in the summer, I sampled the joys of a lot of fresh fish of the best quality. In some restaurants you can choose fish fresh from the catch and it will be immediately prepared for you. Among other things, these salmon skewers (sashimi quality).

It is marinated with a few spices and then fried lightly.

Grilled Salmon Skewers

These healthy salmon skewers are delicious and easy to make, loaded with omega 3s in every bite! Seasoned with fresh herbs, lemon, and spices and grilled to perfection.

Equipment

  • 3 skewers wooden or metal

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g skinless wild salmon fillet cut into 12 pieces (2×2 cm)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of ground garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 bunch of (25 g) dill

Instructions
 

  • Heat the grill on medium heat.
  • Cut the salmon into 12 pieces (2x2cm each piece).
  • Chop the fresh dill.
  • In a bowl, mix the salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and dill.
  • Thread 4 pieces of salmon of each skewer to make 3 skewers in total.
  • Grill the fish, turning occasionally, until fish is opaque throughout, about 3-4 minutes from every side (about 8 to 10 minutes total).
