Lemon Syrup (250 ml)
- 125 ml water
- 125 g granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 4 lemons (125 ml)
Lemonade
- 40 ml lemon syrup
- 250 ml mineral water
- 1 handful of ice cubes
Lemon Syrup
Grate the lemon zest, cut the lemons in two, and squeeze out the juice.
Put water, sugar, and the lemon zest in a pot on the stove. Let boil down syrupy consistency while stirring constantly.
Add the lemon juice and cook again until boiled again for another minute.
Pour the syrup through a sieve and pour into a bottle with the help of a funnel.
