Homemade Lemonade

Equipment

  • 1 Lemon Squeezer

Ingredients
  

Lemon Syrup (250 ml)

  • 125 ml water
  • 125 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 4 lemons (125 ml)

Lemonade

  • 40 ml lemon syrup
  • 250 ml mineral water
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

Lemon Syrup

  • Grate the lemon zest, cut the lemons in two, and squeeze out the juice.
  • Put water, sugar, and the lemon zest in a pot on the stove. Let boil down syrupy consistency while stirring constantly.
  • Add the lemon juice and cook again until boiled again for another minute.
  • Pour the syrup through a sieve and pour into a bottle with the help of a funnel.

Lemonade

  • To serve, pour 40 ml of syrup into a glass with ice cubes and top it off with some mineral water (to your own taste). Enjoy!
