- 4 eggs medium
- 1 tomato (150 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic ground
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tsp thyme dried
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 slices of lemon optional
- 8 olives optional
- 1 chili pepper

Preparing the spiced tomato sauce
Preparing the eggs
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the spiced tomato sauce and cook it for about 1 minute.
Add the eggs and whisk them with a spoon.
Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, season it with salt and pepper and garnish it with lemons, olives, and chili.
Serve the Moroccan eggs directly from the pan, accompanied by crusty bread for dipping.
